Know what's locking customers out.
Then prove you fixed it.

Klarvo Access finds the accessibility failures in your store's real, served HTML — then fixes them server-side, re-validates every fix independently, and keeps watching. Not a widget. Not a score. Proof.

Three independent engines and nine checks most tools skip. No signup, no widget, no score theatre.

An automated finding is evidence, not a certificate. Conformance is certified only by the professional audit.

The four words no overlay can say

Every fix is applied in your real HTML — and proven there.

Applied.

Fixes are written into the HTML your server actually sends — by your own WordPress plugin, never painted over the page with JavaScript.

Re-validated.

After every apply, the engine independently re-renders and re-tests the page. A fix that cannot be verified is withdrawn, not celebrated.

Visitor-proven.

Verification runs against the uncached page a real visitor receives — through Varnish, WP Rocket, LiteSpeed and Cloudflare — or it honestly says "pending cache".

Monitored.

Your store is re-scanned on schedule. If a theme update reintroduces a barrier, you get the regression alert — with the evidence.

Deactivate the plugin and every change reverts. Your markup is never round-tripped, never corrupted, never held hostage. Each applied fix leaves an append-only conformance record — the paper trail an auditor will accept.

An automated finding is evidence, not a certificate. Conformance is certified only by the professional audit — scoped, dated and signed by qualified humans.

How it works

One loop, closed with evidence at every step.

  1. 01 — DETECT

Scan the store a visitor sees

Three independent engines — axe-core, HTML_CodeSniffer and IBM Equal Access — plus nine custom probes, run against your rendered pages: home, product, populated basket, hydrated checkout.

    Cross-engine agreement, per finding
  2. 02 — FIX

    Generate the real repair

Deterministic code fixes where the answer is arithmetic; AI-drafted alt text and labels where judgement is needed — every AI fix audited by a second model, and anything uncertain routed to your review queue rather than quietly going live.

Confidence-gated · you approve edge cases
  3. 03 — PROVE

    Verify in the served page

The plugin applies fixes server-side; the engine independently re-fetches and re-tests the live page — including through your full-page cache — before anything is called resolved.

    Append-only conformance record
  4. 04 — KEEP

    Stay fixed, provably

Scheduled re-scans watch for regressions. A barrier that returns triggers an alert naming exactly what changed — and the loop runs again.

Why not an overlay?

A widget paints over the page. We change the page.

An accessibility widget

  • Injects JavaScript that patches the page in the visitor’s browser — the underlying HTML stays broken
  • Disappears the moment the script fails, is blocked, or you stop paying
  • Screen readers and litigation both look at your markup, not the paint
  • Regulators have acted on overselling: in 2025 the FTC ordered a $1m payment over unsubstantiated overlay compliance claims

Klarvo Access

  • Fixes are applied server-side, in the HTML every visitor and every assistive technology receives
  • No JavaScript dependency — with the fix applied, the page is simply correct
  • Every fix independently re-validated and recorded, honestly — including “pending cache” when that is the truth
  • Deactivate and everything reverts cleanly. Your site, your markup

The two facts above, sourced: the US Federal Trade Commission's final order requiring an overlay vendor to pay $1m over claims that its automated product could make any website WCAG-compliant ( FTC press release, April 2025 ), and litigation data showing 22.6% of US web-accessibility lawsuits filed in the first half of 2025 named a site that already had an accessibility widget installed ( UsableNet mid-year report, 2025 ). We name no vendors here: the mechanism is the problem. The long version, with the law →

This site is scanned by the engine it sells — and we publish what it says. Zero violations on every route from the full rule set, on every change. Its last run at us found four defects in the scanner itself; we fixed the scanner and published the whole story.

The engine, in numbers

Built for the whole automatable WCAG surface — and honest about the rest.

  • 3

independent engines, cross-validated per finding — up to 3-of-3 agreement

  • 9

custom probes for criteria most tools can't test — target size, reflow, focus, traps

  • 2.2 AA

WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549 as the stated target, with 2.2-specific checks live

  • 0%

scores. A percentage is theatre — we publish findings, coverage and evidence instead

Professional Audit & Certification

Qualified humans audit your store, fix what automation can't, re-test, and certify conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA — scoped, dated, with a VPAT/ACR your buyers' procurement teams will accept. Recertify annually for €990, because conformance drifts the moment the store changes.

€1,950 one-time · ACR included
